This was one of those weeks when I had lots of ideas, but none that seemed to work out the way I hoped.
I think I’m starting to get back into the swing of things.
If you remember, June… well, it wasn’t the best month for me, creatively. I’ve been feeling a bit adrift, and frustrated, and I made up my mind to try to take things slowly in July while I figured things out. (Or, while I tried to figure things out.)
And, generally, that’s what I’ve done.
I know. This whole “weekly photo” project hasn’t exactly been a weekly thing lately.
Slowly starting to get things back on track. I’ve been: drinking | cursing | hoping | making | reupholstering | editing | getting | thinking | looking | reactivating
I shouldn’t need an excuse to play with my Lomo’Instant – I love it, and I really want to use it more than I do. As far as mechanics go, it’s the simplest camera I own (that works), and the one I’m least comfortable using. I need practice, so I’m not always relying on happy accidents like this one.
It finally feels like summer! And I’m still kind of stuck, creatively! Even so, I’ve been: changing | getting | making | doing | feeling | drinking | eating | trying | reaching | filling
